Vishaan Chakrabarti

Vishaan Chakrabarti is an architect, urbanist and author based in New York City. Chakrabarti is a Principal at SHoP Architects, as well as Holliday Professor and the Director of CURE., the Center for Urban Real Estate, at the Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation. In addition, Chakrabarti was the inaugural Jaquelin T. Robertson Visiting Professor in Architecture for the University of Virginia in 2009.
